PRIVACY POLICY

Effective: 15/10/2021

We take the protection of your personal data very seriously and process this data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (GDPR, Data Protection Act, Telecommunications Act) and within the scope of our corporate purpose.

Responsible Controller of processing your data on this website:

Ursula Futura GmbH

Höhnegasse 5/6

1180 Vienna

Austria

E-Mail: studio@ursulafutura.com

If you have any questions about how your data is processed or would like to exercise your rights (see below), please contact us at this address.

Server log files

Even if you visit our webstore without logging in, our web server records the data that your Internet browser provides us with (including the name of the page or file accessed, date and time, Internet browser used, number of visits, length of stay, the page from which you reached us (referer), screen resolution and operating system, IP address). We store the IP address unabbreviated for a maximum of three months in order to be able to respond to any judicial or official inquiries (e.g. in the event of a fraudulent purchase under a false identity). After that, your IP address will be shortened so that it is no longer possible to draw conclusions about your person. The legal basis for the processing is our legal obligation to provide information (Art 6 para 1 lit c GDPR) and our legitimate interest in protecting ourselves and our customers from abusive behavior and to prosecute this behavior (Art 6 para 1 lit f GDPR). We transmit the IP address only upon a judicial or official request. The remaining data is evaluated in a non-personal statistic, so that we can learn more about the use of our platform, fix errors and optimally align our offer to our audience.

Contact

If you contact us by email or telephone, we collect and store all the data you provide us with in the process. The data processing is carried out for the implementation of pre-contractual measures (such as inquiries before a purchase) or for the fulfillment of a contractual relationship (Art 6 para 1 lit b GDPR) or is based on our legitimate interest in the processing of the inquiry (Art 6 para 1 lit f GDPR). We only transmit the data to third parties (e.g. to suppliers, transport service providers) if this is necessary for answering the inquiry. We store the data for the duration of processing the inquiry and for any additional queries. In addition, we keep your inquiries for up to a further six months so that you can refer to an older inquiry at a later date.

Purchasing in the webshop

When you purchase goods in our webshop, we collect and store all related data (date and time of request, articles, payment methods, delivery address, billing data, etc). The legal basis is the fulfillment of our contractual obligation to you or the implementation of pre-contractual measures - Art 6 para 1 lit b GDPR. The data will be transmitted to third parties (e.g. suppliers, payment service providers, transport service providers) if and to the extent necessary to fulfill this contractual relationship. We store all such data until completion of the order and expiry of the period for asserting warranty claims and claims for damages arising from the sale (usually three years). Statutory storage obligations (e.g. according to invoicing regulations) remain unaffected.

User account

If you register for a user account, we store all data that you provide to us in this context. For your account, we store, among other things, your ID and contact data (first name, last name, VAT number, e-mail address, password), the data collected in the course of purchases (see above) as well as your personal settings in the account management and communication data. The provision of data marked with an "*" is mandatory. If you do not provide us with this data, you will not be able to create an account on our platform. We use this data to manage your account and to make it easier for you to buy at our webshop without having to re-enter your data over and over again. The legal basis for the processing of your data is the fulfillment of the contractual relationship concluded with you (Art 6 para 1 lit b GDPR) or a legal obligation (Art 6 para 1 lit c GDPR). The data will be transmitted to third parties (e.g. carriers) if this is necessary for the fulfillment of this contractual relationship. In the case of a justified request for information (e.g. according to § 18 ECG) from a court, an authority or a legitimate third party, we will disclose your name, postal address and email address. We store all this data until you delete your user account, in any case until the completion of open orders and the expiry of the period for asserting warranty claims and claims for damages arising from the sale (usually three years). Legal storage obligations (e.g. according to accounting regulations) remain unaffected.

Newsletter

If you register for our newsletter, we will store the email address you provide for the purpose of sending it to you. If you have a user account and use the same email address for this account, we link the newsletter registration to your account and can thus address you by name. The legal basis is your consent to receive the mailings (Art 6 para 1 lit a GDPR). Once you have registered for the newsletter, we will send you an email with a link to confirm your registration. You can cancel your subscription to the newsletter at any time. Please send your cancellation to the following email address: studio@ursulafutura.com. After a cancellation, you will not receive any further newsletters, but the cancellation does not affect the legality of the data processing carried out up to that point. We store data in personal form until you unsubscribe from the newsletter.

For sending the newsletter, we use the services of Mailchimp (The Rocket Science Group, LLC, Georgia, USA). We have concluded a contract processing agreement with this provider.

We will not individually evaluate the use of our mailings, but have anonymized statistics compiled for this purpose.
