Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your contractual declaration or from a contract already concluded within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods. If you have ordered goods as part of a single order and these goods are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last item.

If we have not fulfilled our obligation to inform you of your right of withdrawal (including the conditions, period, and procedure for exercising this right), the withdrawal period is extended by twelve months. If we provide this information within twelve months of taking possession of the goods, or, in the case of separate delivery, of taking possession of the last item, the withdrawal period ends fourteen days after you have received this information.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form provided to you, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

 

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from your contractual declaration or from a contract already concluded, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this reimbursement, we shall use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

If we have offered to collect the goods, we will arrange the reimbursement without delay.

without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The costs depend on the dimensions and weight of the shipment and are estimated based on the amount indicated on the “Shipping Costs & Delivery Terms” page.

For goods that cannot be returned by normal post due to their nature, the following applies: We will collect the goods from you. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Please return the goods in the original packaging if possible, or package them in such a way that damage during transport is minimized. Observe the conditions of the carrier you choose for the transport of fragile goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way that was not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

 

You do not have a right of withdrawal for contracts concerning goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or that are clearly tailored to your personal needs.
