A ceramic tomato, held in hand-blown glass. The glass follows the weight of the fruit. Where it settles, the glass settles with it. A quiet hug. Use it as a vessel. A container. Or leave it on the windowsill and don't put anything in it at all.

Was würde Ursula tun?

Ursula Futura ist Kathrins Alter Ego. Sie tut, worauf sie Lust hat. Ihr ganzes Leben wurde ihr gesagt, sie sei zu viel. Sie lässt Glas in Böhmen mundgeblasen, von Menschen, die ihre Ideen hören, kurz nachdenken - und sie dann möglich machen. Jedes Stück kommt anders heraus. Das ist ihrer Meinung nach der Sinn der Sache.


Ursula Futura ist für die Menschen, die auch zu viel sind. Zu enthusiastisch, zu seltsam, zu verliebt in den Moment, wenn ein Regenbogen aus einem Stück Glas an einem Dienstagnachmittag ohne jeden Grund entsteht. Das ist für alle, denen das schon mal gesagt wurde. Und die aufgehört haben, es zu glauben.

Jedes Stück wird in Österreich entworfen und in Europa mundgeblasen, von Meistern ihres Fachs. Nur hochwertige Materialien und spezialisierte Techniken. Das Ergebnis: intensive Farben, sorgfältige Verarbeitung, Objekte die halten.

Weil jedes Objekt von Hand gefertigt wird, entstehen natürliche Variationen in Form, Farbe und kleinen Unregelmässigkeiten. Diese Details machen jedes Stück einzigartig und unverwechselbar.

Unsere Glasobjekte sind nicht spülmaschinengeeignet und sollten von Hand gewaschen werden, ohne Scheuerschwämme oder aggressive Reinigungsmittel. Alle Objekte sind hitzebeständig und lebensmittelecht.
